Computing Services

Computing Services can be contacted by emailing or by phoning Ext. 5660 or 1111.

More information on Computing Services is available at:

Inter-Library Loans

The Inter-Library Loan (ILL) service is a document delivery service providing access to material such as books, journal articles or dissertations that are not available in our Libraries.

Please not that currently this service is not processing requests for print material until the Library reopens but request for journal articles can be processed.

This service is available to:

  • 3rd/4th year undergraduates (working on Final Year Projects)
  • Postgraduate Students
  • Staff

The Library subsidises the ILL facility, meaning you do not pay for requests. However, we are charged for this by other libraries and suppliers. Therefore, we ask that you make sure our collection does not offer the material you need before making a request.

Allow two to three weeks for books you have requested to arrive. Journal articles may take two to seven days to arrive.

Copyright requirements must be observed and as such you must confirm that the material you requested is for your own personal use only and not for commercial use. This declaration forms part of the online request form.
