Calm – Access guided meditation breathing exercises and relaxing music to help reduce stress, anxiety and improve sleep. https://www.calm.com/
Spotify – The popular music service features ASMR sound effects, mindfulness guided meditations, sleep sounds, and playlists to help you unwind.
Headspace Netflix Series – Headspace have developed three Netflix series based on their app; Unwind Your Mind, Guide to Sleep, and the interactive Guide to Mediation. They are available through the service on desktop and mobile.
