IReL

As part of the IREL agreement with Taylor and Francis Group, students and faculty at SETU can now submit articles for open access publishing without any processing fees. Interested authors contact Taylor and Francis in the first instance to state the intention to publish and in turn SETU will be notified of this. Eligible authors must be affiliated with SETU at the time of publication. 

The allocation of APCs for 2025 is listed here or below, on screen. It is essential to verify the remaining APC quota with the library. 

The agreement covers most of the Taylor and Frances Hybrid journals. For a complete list of the EXCLUDED Hybrid journals please see here.

To be eligible to avail of this agreement the corresponding author must be a current SETU staff member or student at the time the article is accepted for publication. Requests for OA are subject to approval by participating institutions.

The following article types are eligible under this publishing deal: 

• Article, Review, Research Article, Review Article, Report, Short Communication, Case Report, Note, Original Article, Guest Editorial.
