AI has been around for years and has increased in usage in our everyday lives in more recent times. You have probably been using some form of Artificial Intelligence even before the release of AI ChatGPT and before the term has become so recognisable.

Amazon’s Alexa is a type of Artificial Intelligence called Conversational AI which works by imitating human conversations.
Mobile Phone Predictive Function
Even using the predictive function on your mobile phone uses a machine learning algorithm but since the creation of Chat GPT – Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer, which is a Generative Artificial Intelligence chatbot developed by Open AI & launched on November 20, 2022, AI or Generative AI has become a really hot topic.

AI chatbots are in operation for most call centers with automated messaging and telephone answering representing other examples of the technology at play in our lives.
